Over time, your rating changes females showing up, Example: rating 10 / 10 -big chest females- will cause more -big chest females- to show up. (Same goes for promiscuity).
This Improving effect depends on your level, at first; after level 10, it depends on the day of the week.
Note: I have to be honest, most likely at the beginning, you only get ugly females.
