Added 2022-05-29 12:42:38 +0000 UTCThe Spiral Cavern is lush with a variety of rare mystical flora that alchemists and spellcasters use as reagents for their respective magical needs. Sometimes herbalists will set up camp inside to harvest as much as they can, but that can be a risky proposition as there are water and light spirits that haunt the halls, tending to the plants spread throughout. These spirits usually don't take too kindly to intruders and will become particularly aggressive towards anybody attempting to steal their wards without permission. It is rumored that these spirits are controlled by a coven of water hags that reside in a pool far in the cavern depths, but spelunkers that explore too deeply are never heard from again.
