Beaverfolk Lodge (40x40)

They found this stream in the woods away from prying eyes. The only way to enter the dens is through the water, excepting through magic or burrowing through the structures themselves. Here, the forest is rich with rare herbs and flowers useful as components to brew potions that the Beaverfolk pride themselves on. For a favor, or a sufficient amount of gold, they could be convinced to part with their alchemical goods. Or if one is particularly stealthy and doesn't mind getting wet they can be had for the low price of "free."
