A sea wall was constructed as a refuge where both folk could enjoy calmer waters in peace. Now it has been mostly been forgotten and the people of the sea haven't been seen in years. Yet the Kingdoms of Men remain ever-vigilant, keeping watchers quartered at the wall should the merfolk ever return.
