Women in naturism

Just wondering what your views are on women in naturism. Do you know someone that would like to try but too worried about their body shape and other people's judgement, if you are a woman what was your first experience of naturism? I am trying to encourage more women to try naturism, as you know it can improve body confidence and mental well- being.
