BIG INTERNATIONAL POSTAL SERVICE CHANGES

On January 21st a change was made to large envelopes shipping internationally.. Bad changes..

To summarize the changes, I can no longer ship large envelopes under the category "large envelopes" anymore. Meaning shipping internationally went from costing $5 - $8 to costing $12 - $20.....

All international packages are charged as "packages" now.  No matter the size..

Meaning I can no long offer international friends the deal of them only needing to add an extra $3 to their pledge.. Instead now it has to be a minimum of $10... Which I know is a lot for some people..

I am going to go ahead and pay the extra fees this month out of my own pocket. But unfortunately for my international Patrons.. unless you add the additional $10 to your pledge, I can no longer ship to you..

This is so heart breaking because shipping costs already went up this year.. and now this on top of it.. This is really going to hurt me.. to the point where I don't even know how to handle it.. I always want to offer the best deal possible... even for my international Patrons..

The attached image is proof that the option to ship a "large envelope" is no longer available for me. Also showing the cost to ship the item in other ways.. this is without any weight added to the package.. and depending on where it's traveling it can cost even more than $13.. I'm so heart broken...

The only way I can send a "large envelope" is if the contents are valueless documents. which mine are not.. and if I try to break the law and say they are and I'm found out, then I face severe criminal charges.. Just wanted to get that out of the way before anyone suggests I just lie on the forms..

this does not affect the Challenger/Professional tier. Your packages were already considered "packages" due to the size of the print and me shipping them in tubes. This is affecting Diamond/Masters tier since they receive 8.5x11 print.

Also this only affects international Patrons. No changes will be made to US shipping rates (aside from the rates going up all around this year. but I am paying those myself)  

I am keeping this post public that way anyone who is thinking of signing up will know there are changes coming.
