First pic: the water on the floor. Those aren't shadowed areas, that's a centimeter or so of muddy water making the floor brown.
The damage to the floor was much reduced after 2 days of running 3 large industrial fans all day. The bubbling paint settled back down, and except for this small patch on the cyc wall (and a lingering moldy smell) the damage was minor.
The video attached shows the fans blowing across the saturated concrete floor (the 3rd big fan was behind me, so isn't shown, but I was pushing a LOT of air through the space).
So I cut out the parts that had swollen with the water (plaster and paint and plywood really love to get weird when wet) and added some new plaster (2nd pic), and I think it'll actually look better than it did before the water came through. I've just finished sanding it, paint is next.
