Sad Photographer
Added 2019-06-11 08:17:58 +0000 UTCYesterday while looking for a photo (of a duck in a hat, of all things) I found a bunch of photos of a girl I worked with a lot several years ago. She was an acrobat and contortionist, very fit, very flexible, and we'd shot a lot of nudes. I haven't worked with her for maybe 4 years, haven't talked to her in at least that long.
Today, out of the blue, she contacts me and asks me to delete all her photos from my website and social media (She'd done me the courtesy of finding them all first, which was very nice of her) because she's advancing her career and doesn't really want them 'out there'. Which, in this day and age, I can understand.
But it makes me pretty sad because there are now hundreds of photos in my archives of a beautiful girl doing amazing things, and I can't show anyone, and they just make me sad.
Did I mention my newest model release has a clause that any time a model wants photos removed in such a fashion they'll have to pay my current rates to buy them? ;)
But yeah, I had to scrub six great photos from the internet today. Sad times.
