There is a manga that was technically released first but the anime is the original work and the manga was made to promote the anime, so the answer is no itβs not based on a manga but there is a manga out there π (and since you noted the pronunciation of my screen name itβs Or-O, but my real name is Steven π Aurro was the name of my first Everquest character that I made so it just stuck as my screen name since)
