Great reaction! It was so fun watching you get fooled by the writers. As you said a lot of things happened, so you probably missed one of the revelations. Apparently the mayor build Sunnydale for the demons to feed on.

The film's title is seen on the Marquee (L' Banquet de Amelia'), but it's a made up title that doesn't directly reference an actual film. The mention of food and Buffy saying she doesn't even own a Kimono, however, makes it quite likely that they are referencing a Japanese film called "In the Realm of the Senses".

I was like WHAT DO YOU MEAN SECOND BES - OMGGGG!! 😭 But if you re-watch, even though they set up the plan offscreen, the writer's left little breadcrumbs showing how/where they were probably putting all the Faith stuff together in real time and how this plan was to be sure they weren't wrong. I have a feeling next week you might have it all done on Tuesday lolololol I feel like it will be hard for you to wait lmao. We shall see 😂
