Thanks for making these uncuts available here. Yeah, Prophecies are tricky things in this universe. Buffy dies as foretold... but is revived? Obviously, that wasn't in the Codex. Chew on that for a bit. Looking forward to your journey!

I liked season 1. I remember getting the VHS boxset (which was released in 2 parts) every birthday and Christmas, and I collected all the magazines for Buffy and Angel and read the books, was totally obsessed as a teenager. Looking forward to season 2

I also love that reactors never actually expect Buffy to die 😂 and THANK YOU for remembering that the victim has to drink the vampires blood to turn. SO many people forget that rule. Every season finale is amazing. I won’t tell you my favorites but I can’t wait to see what yours are when you finish the series!

Not only is it phenomenally acted by SMG, but it's so interesting watching Buffy get smacked in the face with the reality of what's happened to so many slayers before her They were all just some girl meeting an untimely death at an age far too young for that kind of responsibility and she could just be another nameless number for the timeline I think reminding the audience of that really shifts the tone of the show. It feels like a lot of it has been fun and a bit emotional but when it comes down to it, the burden of a being slayer is devastatingly tragic and only leads to a life short-lived
