Came out last year, and it's a French zombie movie that's all one shot. My second favorite 2024 movie after The Substance.

Fun fact that i haven't seen mentioned in the comments, production built that gas station that they blew up but they didn't contact the city's fire department about the upcoming fiery explosion lol Re: zombie films, i don't got recs but i can't not bitch about the lost potential of World War Z, while i think it's enjoyable as a "Brad Pitt VS zombies" film, that's Only what that movie is while the book is so much more (I'm of the opinion that an animated series would be the best medium to adapt the book faithfully). The premise and the structure of the book is a collection of personal interviews by survivors of the zombie plague, the zombies haven't been defeated with a silver bullet but civilization has bounced back to a more livable degree. AND!!! The book zombies are slow too! The film has fast ones :( I really recommend reading the book if you're ever in the mood for such <3 Much love your way, thank you for sharing your funny & filthy person with us ;)
