Angel of Darkness Part IV

This is a short video showing how I painted the wings of the "Angel of Darkness" model. I must admit that it took quite a while to paint those thin lines on both wings. However, it was worth dedicating the time because it made the large and thick feathers look more delicate and airy.
Brushes:
I mainly use Winsor & Newton brushes with short bristles (Miniature Series) and recently also the "Wolf Bristle Brush Set" from Chronicle Cards. However, for painting these lines on the wings, I used the Da Vinci Maestro brush, size 2, with long bristles. This allowed me to paint more lines at once because the paint didn't dry as quickly.
