Sissy Tentacool is a psychic/poison type, it likes to float around and land on people's heads. They fill their heads with feminine thoughts and desires whilst resting on them like a hat with their psychic powers.
When they evolve into Tentacurl, they float around like Ufo's, grabbing multiple people by their heads and controlling them like puppets, moving them around to different shops and services to make themselves get all dolled up
