Altaria Grusha (and fem wulfric sketch)

I tried sketching some femmed gym leaders, 2 ideas I had laying around was Wulfric from kalos turned into a like fur loving milf, and grusha in an altaria based outfit since they have that on their team and is nice and fluffy.
The wulfric design isn't totally to my liking, it's mainly the skirt, it doesn't feel right, too boring maybe? I dunno, maybe I can take some notes from Melony from galar if I try again?
Grusha's design I'm happier with just a big old fluffy skimpy outfit, always fun to do, haha
