Prompt Poll 8 - Prince(ss) Bride

Update: Finished for real now! I tried shading and then got some final tips from a friend. I'm pretty happy with how it came out, but oh my god it took like 3 hours if not more if I kept the time by right. The main thing I didnt first do with this one was shading the round stuff to be well round, so the boobs have their lower half shaded? The circles above the roses of puffing out fabric and the same with the bottom frills, those needed that ''half shading'' too for a more rounder implication. It's not perfect, but I think most people wouldn't feel like the shading is horribly wrong?

I am curious what people think about the shading as its something new for me, so do you like it? Dislike it? See something wrong with it? Feel free to tell me ^^ (btw the light is meant to come from the left/left upper corner)

Colored and text added. I think I will shade the characters later, as I feel I got a pretty good idea of how the light would be falling on them, but for now this is pretty much finished.

I did also think about how this scenario could end up further, I will probably not actually continue it, but if I would then I had this idea:

The prince and his ''wife'' go back to some private suite, far away from anyone. The prince locks the door for some private time with his sweetheart.

''We're alone now, dear... so you can stop the facade''

The prince knew it was all a scam from the start, he has a whole team of private security and all that so many background checks were done on this ''princess jasmine''. Soon it was found out that there is no princess jasmine and the ties to the thug organization was found out as well.

But the prince has a certain taste in women and well, maybe he could turn Jasmine into his ideal women.

Long story short he gives the bride a choice, either go to jail for all their previous crimes the security team has dug up, the scamming of a prince and a few extra things the prince could lie about and be believed for.... or become his total obedient bride. Becoming an actual princess, with luxurious the thug other wise could never have, just at the price of his autonomy and manhood.

Maybe the prince would get his boss in jail still and the rest of the thugs so they couldnt reveal Jasmine's real identity and ruin the prince his image or something.

The thug agrees as he is too far in and does not want to go to jail again and the prince is right about this possibly being his last shot at luxurious.

Eventually the prince makes ''Jasmine'' take hormones, surgeries, probably a few hypnosis sessions or trainings and turn ''her'' into his dream throphy queen.

I thought the twist of ''he knows all along and has his own plan'' would make this set up a bit more different than the usual ''oh no the sissy has to pretend'' because now he still has to pretend for the rest of the world, but now also still has someone dominate him who is aware of the situation. Until eventually the pretending stops being fake and instead reality ;p

I hope you like this art and little background story I made up with it.

Finished the Lineart today, I am also sure now about what story path to go with. I think the ''thugs trying to catfish a prince'' is a more interesting set up.

So current idea for the dialogue is:

''Boss, this is crazy. There is no way the prince will fall for this!''

''He's been falling for you so far, don't start giving him reason to doubt you now. Just nod your head, say yes I do, get that damn ring on your finger and consummate the marriage with the honeymoon! Then you get access to his bank details, wire the money to our boys or divorce him to get half his stuff. You got that, 'Princess Jasmine'?''

Reminder of the prompt: An arranged marriage is set up and the "princess" is having to get ready!

The idea I ended up going with was that the marriage was arranged to steal the riches from the prince groom. Now either this sissy is an actual prince of another kingdom and his parents needed this marriage to help prevent their own kingdom from falling.

Or this is all a scam set up by a group of thugs, they have been catfishing the prince and now their most feminine member is having to be the princess for the wedding. So after filling for divorce the thugs can split half of the prince's wealth between each other.

The dialogue I'm not 100% sure about yet. Something along the lines of...

''This is crazy! There is now way the prince will fall for this!''

Kingdom route:

''He's been falling for you so far, 'princess'. We have to let this marriage happen if we don't want our kingdom to collapse in on itself. King's orders.''

Thug route:

''He's been falling for you for the past few months, so as long as you don't give him a reason to doubt you. We should be just dandy and swimming in his wealth very soon. Just nod along, say ''yes I do'' and get that damn ring on your finger like a good little princess, got it?''
