Update: Finished ^^
Let me go through how I ended up coloring this one step by step, because why not? Patreon is all about that behind the scenes look anyway, right?
So, I first colored the suit in the colors for when its day and not glowing. Then I made a simple background that should look like the sandstone walls of the Gerudo Town. I put a transparent layer of a big black square on top of the background and changed the opacity to make it darker.
Next I added the day colored Link on top of the darkened background and put another low opacity black square over the entire piece. Now why I did 2 layers of the transparent black was to avoid having the piece look like just a day time thing with a filter over it.
Sometimes in movies scenes get shot at the day time and if those are needed to become night time, its hard to edit that right. So by making the wall ''double nighttime'' and Link only one layer of the transparent black. It should look less like a day time scene with a filter on it and more of an actual night scene.
Now to be honest, I am not proffesionally trained, so this could all just be nonesense, but it seemed to work to me?
So now that everything was nighttime colors, I made the inner parts of the bones light blue and then went with an airbrush over the grey outlines of the bones to give it a glowing effect. I hope it looks alright, but it was fun to make this one none the less ^^

Got the new radiant armor lined ^^
I think this one will be fun to color as I want to make it a night scene, so I'm gonna mess with some opacities and see if I can get a glow effect for the bone print to look alright.

I had this lil series of drawings where Link got in femmed up versions of botw armor. Now that I'm playing through Tears of the Kingdom I have regained some inspiration to do more of those femmy armors.
The radiant armor came to mind, normally its like a glow up skeleton wrestling suit, but I cant help but also get latexy vibes from it. Now a latex suit that glows in the dark, making it hard for you to hide yourself when wearing it? That sounds like some good forced femme material.
In botw, the radiant armor is gotten from a hidden shop in Gerudo Town that sells men clothes, which are banned since men are banned from Gerudo Town. What if this man shop was just a lure for a trap? If a guy was able to fool the guards by dressing up, the man could still be found out if they were searching for the secret shop. Maybe the rumor would emphasize the strength of the male armor to further make it even more appealing.
So, Link hears about the shop, finds it, but then he himself is found out too. The shop keep has a special kind of punishment for the rude boy. A very special set of Radiant Armor. Extra thight, extra thicc, extra hard to balance in or even grab stuff and a lovely glowing set of make up and markings to make sure you get the attention of everyone around you.
I also want to add some jewelry to it, since Gerudo town has a jewelry shop and I probably dont get many changes to include the earrings and circlets other wise in this armor series. I first thought of giving link some little pig tails out of the holes from the mask and have it be his own hair. But to further connect this armor with Gerudo and the idea that a Gerudo dressed him up like this, I went for the big ponytail look instead.
So this scene will be Link after being thrown on the streets of Gerudo Town, trying to hide in the cover of darkness behind a building, whilst all the markings will be glowing to call attention to him.
