The green text doesnt look very readable sadly, but other wise it wouldnt be game accurate as I'm pretty sure I got the right shade of green, like in Fallout 4. I also feel like maybe I could add a line for them to say, but not sure what. Something simple like ''well hello there stranger'' or ''you see something you like? Just not sure, I'm open for suggestions.

Just a quick silly idea I got. So I imagined someone in the wasteland of fallout trying to have a intimate night with their partner, but they dont got sexy lingerie, so they made some with bottle caps and rope.
You can collect caps in fallout, so what if someone would be able to collect the caps like in the regular idea? Then to add a bit of that crossdressing spice onto it, I made the person a dude with a big ol' breastplate, a wig and some makeup. Oh yeah and the doodle on the shoulder is a tattoo of a bottle of nuka cola popping open, like the Nukaworld logo. Maybe the person is a big Nuka cola fan, hence why they made lingerie from nuka cola bottlecaps.
