Maybe they lure people in acting like just an innocent pet cat, but then when close start to whisper sissy thoughts into their mind or use their tail as a hypnosis pendulum

Just a random idea i suddenly got, just maximized the fluff. Skitty likes to play with makeup by holding it with their tail and by using random people as their play models ;p
Delcatty still likes to play with makeup, but now hides it within their fluffy collar to give their targets suprise makeovers
