Morghast and Zombie Dragon's base

Last days I have been painting water nymph. I painted this miniature because I wanted to learn how to paint skin and water. I would like to say that thank you for your support.
Next project is from Warhammer, my favorite fantasy world. On this movie you can see how to build the base for Morghast with Mannfred's Zombie Dragon.
I use for it white, soft pvc. Next I will share with you how to paint it.
I record a lot of videos. This time I will share longer step by step movies.

You said you used soft pvc for the base construction, but is it possible to use the hard type? It’s a rather difficult material to get in my area.
