Hi there! This is my first ever real sleep aid. I've recently been listening to sleep casts on Headspace and really enjoy them. They pretty much put me to sleep right away. So I became inspired! In this series (hopefully) we'll go through a number of wind down techniques which include deep breathing, body scanning, noting, visualisation and a few others.
