Karsh commission
Added 2018-02-26 21:43:57 +0000 UTCI was asked to emulate a more "concept art" style for a local client. It was certainly an exercise, but I definitely don't feel as comfortable in this style. I charge more for style emulation, because it does take me a lot more brain power to stray from the rules I have developed in my own style.
This is the reality of the job! Sometimes you just gotta work through the disconnect- I'm deep in that saving grind so I'm in no position to turn down gigs! Every new commission is one step closer to a Cintique!
