What to buy?

As I plan to spend the money I make from Patreon to really only go toward providing more & better content to my normal social media posts (Instagram, Twitter & Fetlife) as well as for you Patreon people I wanted to ask what sort of thing was more of a priority for you guys?
I might follow this up to ask what people would prefer ultimately:
Such as if the new outfits win, what sort of outfit should I look for like a new Medical Dress, Cosplay Catsuit or Medical Gowns or something.
