The hourglass legacy part 2

Christa was waiting in front of her store, but despite what her sister had told her, her sister wasn't there. She didn't wait long for her sister to arrive and get her into the car, before setting off for their rendezvous. During the journey, Christa, due to her recent transformation, didn't dare say a word, thus creating a heavy atmosphere, which Hélène decided to break.

-Did you get dumped again, or are you just giving me the cold shoulder?
-Uh, no, no, it's just that...
-Just what?
-You won't believe me if I tell you.
-Keep saying.
-... I... got... transformed by... the hourglass you brought back...

At these words, Héléna turned white and stopped the car, Christa already imagining her sister taking her to a psychiatric asylum.

-No, but I bla...
-Are you serious about the hourglass? Be honest!
- Well...
-Answer me!



-Yes, I know it's crazy but it's true, I'm supposed to be a man, your brother Christophe.
-I confess I have no memory of this brother so you speak but...
-But?
- I believe you because... the same thing happened to me.
-What??? Are you making fun of me?
- Not at all. I don't suppose you remember your brother Hector?
-I never had a brother.
-Neither have I.
-I confess I find it hard to believe, or at least that's what I would have said an hour ago, but...
-But what?
-Will you tell me your story then?

Hélène took a breath and began her story. She had just finished the inheritance paperwork and was visiting the house to see what future renovation work needed to be done. Hector also decided to inspect the attic, and it was there that he found the hourglass amidst some old toys.



Intrigued to see this, the young man turned it over and, as with his brother, a magic effect was unleashed, transforming Hector into a woman.



However, unlike Christophe, Hector enjoyed his transformation, due to the fact that he had always hidden his transidentity from his family. Hélène tried to see her reflection and, on her way back down, accidentally turned the hourglass upside down. The effect resumed and the young woman was afraid of becoming the man she used to be, but fortunately for her, this was not the case.

Hélène was happy with her new appearance, but deep down she sensed that this was far from the end, so she turned the hourglass over again to get her current appearance. She tried to turn the hourglass over a fourth time, but saw no response and decided to return it to her family's antique store.

-So that's my story, but I left it to my little sister, Christa, and not to Christophe.
-And yet... The question is, how do we undo all this?
-I don't intend to undo it, I'm finally myself.
-But what about me? I've never felt like a woman!
-I guess you have, because after I dropped it off, I did some research.
-It only took 5 or 10 minutes for my transformation, so you can't have found much.
-Magic effects make you lose track of time, little sister. I dropped the hourglass off at 2pm and it's now nearly 7pm...
-What but but, everything happened in an instant for me.
-For me too, when so much time has passed. As I was saying in my research, the hourglass only seems to work on people who feel like women.

Christa had a flash and remembered a period in her adolescence when “he” admired girls and even envied them. He dreamed of buying more feminine clothes and make-up to hide his masculine facial features. However, the shame the saleswoman put on him when he bought the make-up broke the young man's heart, and he preferred to bury it all deep inside and never feel that way again.

-So, little sister, I'm waiting for your answer.
-... I guess he was able to read me...
-Perfect, let's go!
-By the way, is the project still on track?
-Of course, do you really think you guys or gals can resist us?
-Ah, so that's your project that would work better with a sister.
-I don't know what you're talking about, I've never made any secret of the fact that this is an evening of flirting and fun.
-We're really going to have to talk about what each of us remembers about life before the transformation.

Héléna started the car and the two sisters set off again, determined to have a good time on their first evening as women, but far from their last.
