It’s not normal behavior for someone with a job and kids to leave the house at midnight in the middle of the week to drive many hours through the night to a Microcenter to purchase a toy.

It was not intended to be a greatest cost but instead a least price. It only becomes a least price when the the builder has volume jn their store.

2025-03-08 12:38:52 +0000 UTCFor me when I hear any phrase that that begins or ends with the words "live near a Micro Center", I recognize that the phrase is the exception proving the rule. I, like most people who live on Earth and don't live near a Micro Center, the RDNA4 launch was more of the same with not enough supply to meet demand. As of this hour, I still haven't gotten a RX 9070. I only hope that by the time I have the opportunity to get one, it will still be a approximately MSRP.

2025-03-08 01:23:56 +0000 UTCIf anyone says this launch was a paper launch they didn’t even TRY to buy one. 9070 XTs were still selling at 3:30 PM, at Microcenter in Indy. The GM in Indy was outside saying they had over 500 XT models alone in inventory.
