For the Raptor Lake issues, whether 13th gen or 14th gen, I think a good starting point would be - what can we take as fact (or has overwhelming evidence)? For example, I believe we can take as fact that Raptor Lake desktops are far more likely to have errors in games than any other model. But what about Raptor Lake laptops - is there similar evidence that they are also far more likely to have errors than any other model? Is it just gaming or have other software developers experienced similar issues? Has there been any recent failure data set that didn’t show a Raptor Lake anomaly? Can we be certain that the silicon is degrading?
