My biggest concern about Lunar Lake is not the performance but the pricing. It looks more expensive to make than Strix and the X Elite and insiders have confirmed as much but it seems to be targeting tablets and the handheld market. Can you make sense of Intel's design choices?

2024-06-06 22:04:29 +0000 UTCThere seems to be a greater emphasis this year on IPC gains, with clock speed being somewhat ignored. I feel this is causing some people to mistake IPC gains for actual performance gains. If you don't know if clock speeds are going up, down or sideways then IPC doesn't necessarily tell you all that much.
