I think a lot of people can't seem to understand that Intel is far from dead. They owned 78% of the CPU market in 2023 despite having a mediocre showing with RLR and ML. https://tweakreviews.com/processor---cpu/intel-sold-the-most-cpus-in-2023 This is NOT a zero-sum game! I can't believe the reader mails are so ignorant of that fact (certainly not all of you)! AMD cannot actually win the entire market and we don't want them to either. What I want to see is Intel doing way better at chips, at efficiency and keep the prices close. AMD is probably not making huge inroads in laptops and other small devices due to the inability to produce enough product for bigger OEM's and the simple fact that Intel is entrenched with their agreements with these companies. AMD is a very profitable company but they are still small compared to both Intel and Nvidia, and Apple, in market control in their respective divisions. I use AMD these days for my CPU needs and it is great! However, in business, it really isn't so easy to get "kills." This isn't a damn COD game, lol. Thank you Tom and Dan!
