This month went pretty well! I continued to update and upgrade Soldier’s life and my lovely wife made us some more CGs. ^_^
I made a lot of little changes to game balance. Especially when it comes to army morale. I found that that value didn’t change enough during sorties so I tweaked it.
Another big change is that now, whenever you fail a skill roll, you’ll get a small amount of XP in that skill as Payton learns from his mistakes.

The deets for News desk:
- In the desolation, when failing the speech event, you lose 2 morale from it.
- When getting tokens, buying weapons and armor, you are put back into the Saraid menu rather than the town menu.
- Weapons for Payton are more expensive (A way to get discounts will be added later ^_^).
- When activating the crystal golem, it should give -1 morale as the troops are scared of magic.
- When on the battle map, you now will only be able to move one level at a time.
- Looting the plainspeople event in the forest now gives -1 morale.
- During events and battle events, losing the roll will now give a small amount of experience in the relevant skill.
- Morale always starts at 5 (it used to scale up with your reputation).
- When choosing events, the troops' stats are now displayed on the side.
- The costumes' names were edited to fit better.
- Added a “go back” button to re-read parts of scenes.
- Multiple tweeks to story or image placement in scenes.
- Upgraded some code.

Next month, I am going to take some time off for my birthday but around that, I’m going to start adding new events.
