2022-10-28 19:17:41 +0000 UTCHi Tom! So did you catch the der8auer vid today? He de-lidded a 7600x and there were two ccd's in it. Only right die was running but was this an indication of yields or adjusting sku priorities? I don't recall them having done this with zen 2 or zen 3 so wanted to ask

2022-10-28 18:50:28 +0000 UTCTom, How can we talk about computer hardware and gaming when Tom Brady and Giselle just finalized their divorce? AMD needs to postpone RDNA 3 launch out of respect. So sad.

2022-10-28 18:01:35 +0000 UTCI called the 10 and 4 core 7000 series parts fake as soon as they "leaked". Do you have any information that shows otherwise?

2022-10-28 12:22:23 +0000 UTCSomething I've been wondering about is given the amount of connections you have within companies and the kinds of questions you ask about potential products and specifications early on, have you ever had influence on a unreleased product and if not, do you think you ever will? Placing feedback in the personnel of companies could very well result in positive effects.

2022-10-28 07:39:23 +0000 UTCHow likely is Intel to cut the wrong R&D project? I got the impression they were swimming in Lakes and lost in all those Forests over there, but I worry Intel will miss the Forest for the trees.

2022-10-28 07:35:07 +0000 UTCHi Tom, as intel financials came out, I remember you talked since 2019 Intel troubles... How does that look, back then Intel still had cash, but to me looks management didnt have incentives to make changes ... same with fact that Pat chose to rehire oldies and blocking younger driven people promotion paths aint looking good in longterm, for motivation. So reflecting your GM experience, how do you see Intel staff policies and what TSMC for example does better? It is clear without very ambitious hardworking engineers TSMC couldnt make new innovations and tech working constantly.

2022-10-28 07:32:22 +0000 UTCHey Tom, I've been reading speculations that AMD might bring back the XTX naming scheme for RDNA3, do you have any infos what's up with these rumors? Is it possible that we see a 7900 XTX besides the 7900XT and 7800XT on november 3rd and what would the segmentation/pricing look like?
