Die Shrink 73: Nvidia’s Future, Silicon Nanowires, Starfield Backlash, 3 Years of MLID!

Is Broken Silicon considered "Successful"?  How does Dan find the time to do MLID and a PhD?  How does Tom stay motivated? Will we get Silicon Nanowire chips soon?!

Tom and Dan sit down to discuss off-subject reader mails regarding what it’s been like to run Broken Silicon and Die Shrink consistently for 3 years! They also answer plenty of questions about recent rumors and upcoming AMD, Intel, and Nvidia products too!

Hello everyone especially Tom and Dan. I know I'm late to the party, but I finally made it to becoming a Patreon. Just wanted to say I welcome your thorough knowledge with gaming CPUs, GPUs, chipsets, and consoles. Thank you.

They totally didn't edit you out Dan! 😀

Dan's fish-killing expertise coming useful in understanding chip fabrication? 🤣

Being a father (of 4) myself, i agree that portable gaming is great... But not into mobile games. I really enjoy my Steam Deck.
