Hey, finally joined patreon, considering I was asking a lot, makes sense to just do that lol Do you think that a price hike for Nvidia's 40 series, ignoring the x60 and x50 due to their worse comparative value to the rest of the lineup in Ampere, will happen? Like a thousand dollars for a 4080? Considering how it's likely the 4080 will be AD102, and 102s have been usually Titan class, it was bizarre that with Ampere they tried to sell GA102 immediately for $700, and then the market went to poo lol.

Intel have not released any benchmarks of the Arc 3 being compared to its competitors (Nvidia, Hardware Vendor #3, etc). Do you think they are not confident in the alchemist series or they are just ignoring the competition again?

Any news on the hardware encoders for RDNA3 and Lovelace? With Intel supporting hardware AV1 encoding...I could maaaaaybe see streamers and content creators using Arc to record gameplay for smaller file sizes, or stream for better quality at lower bitrates (for dedicated 2nd streaming rigs). Thoughts?

Hi Tom, Now that Zen3 Threadripper Pro has ‘launched’ to OEMs only, should we assume that Zen4 Threadripper is officially dead or will be delay launched to OEM at first again under the ‘Pro’ monicker? Especially considering the new platform that would be required for such an offering. Thanks!

Many people are excited that the next gen GPUs will push down the current gen prices, but do you think AMD and Nvidia will only launch halo and 6900xt / 3090 TI beating GPUs at above their respective MSRPs until the crypto hangover and impending glut of GPUs clears the market? Meaning next gen mid range wont be out until next summer. Navi 22 came out 5 months after the Navi 21, could N32 or N33 be even longer.

What features do you think Xbox will implement in the next "series of consoles" maybe better ssd io controller to match ps5? Or how about adaptive triggers?
