You mentioned in a video about Navi that the its dies are significantly smaller when compared to NVidia's, even when accounting for the different process technology. (I hope I paraphrased that correctly.) So assuming AMD wanted to scale the die size of Navi up to take on the high-end GPU market, how high could they scale it up and still have reasonable yield and acceptable power consumption and thermals (and what would the limiting factor be for them)? And at that die size what would the performance look like?
