I mentioned it was just a practice match but I deleted it for some reason (??) Kise gave them a chance to bask in the spotlight for a lil bit ig by letting them win 🙄😂

2023-02-08 16:58:53 +0000 UTCCan't wait for tomorrow~ Little things not to overlook when it comes to the beating Kaijo part (with a buzzer beater difference too, not like it was a large victory): - Let's not forget the attitude a team has when it comes to a practice match VS an actual tournament (remember how the coach wanted to only use half court, that attitude also reflects on his players) - Kagami mentions it here: he noticed that Kise got stronger since the last time he's seen him, and being a GOM, you know that he can improve vastly in a short amount of time compared to your regular player - As Kasamatsu well put it this episode, Kise's specialty is LEARNING. He grows at abnormal rates, as his record shows for starting basketball late and making it to Teiko's STARTING FIVE. You see Kise say in this flashback that the team was already strong before he even thought about joining, so that says a lot!
