NewJeans are mostly fluent from what I remember, so they are in a similar category of English proficiency. Ryujin is also good at Japanese too, she MC'd the recent KCON Japan! They really do a good job training their idols behind the scenes

ITZY is the only KPOP group that I know of that has all 5 members able to speak and converse in English (I don't count BP because 3 members aren't Korean and the Korean member still struggles with English). Nmixx is close but Bae and Jiwoo can't actually have full conversations with fans. Source me. I have been to multiple fan signs for both groups. While Yeji and Yuna aren't quite as good but they can hold conversations in English without any issue.
