2023-04-01 01:35:59 +0000 UTCYou’re correct NeverL…Pentagon has/had some of the most talented writers/producers in kpop. And the idea of Cube being a company specializing in such would be great! The problem, as I see it, is Pentagon has had 2 cb’s in the last 29 months, with the last one 14 months ago! Cube just doesn’t know how to do it, or more likely don’t care! I’ve said for years that (g)I-dle has had success in spite of Cube, not because of them!

2023-03-31 17:09:02 +0000 UTCI think Cube should set themselves apart by marketing themselves as an agency that encourages independent, self-produced artists. It's not just Idle. IIRC, Pentagon and their boy groups write their own stuff. Sorn from CLC did so much to try and promote the group herself. Yes, this very much stems from ineptitude on Cube's part, but I think it could help set Cube's artists apart from the rest of a very competitive marketplace.

Pepe is a top 10 of all time debut song for me & their entire discography is no joke, right up there with some of the best like DC, RV & WJSN! Couple of things…1) there is some DC/CLC content out there if you search on yt, 2) Seungyeon, the one you mentioned you liked at the start of No is the one who did the dance cover of Tadow with Sua, 3) Yeeun, the blonde rapper was on Good Girl (if you’re looking for more reasons to react to it), she’s incredibly talented & her solo debut is coming in April, & 4) FXXK Cube! Their horrible management ruined 4minute, CLC & Pentagon & is in the process of ruining Lightsum as well! (G)I-dle has legit survived Cubes ineptness primarily because Soyeon is a creative genius!
