I'd like to believe that he would still continue his commander duties and do what is best for paradis but who knows

Also I think an important thing people forget about bringing Erwin back to life is that Erwin had no plans for after the basement. Everything he did and sacrificed was in the sole pursuit of discovering the truth about humanity outside the walls. It's hard to tell at times, but Erwin was a very self interested character, and there's no way to say for sure he would still have the same desire and dedication after he reached the truth. It's actually part of the reason that Levi chose Armin in the end. Erwin never desired freedom, just the truth. We don't know if he would have even wanted to fight Marley. Remember, the last conversation he had with Levi was about how he wanted to sacrifice everyone and the future of humanity just so he could personally see what was in the basement before he died. He didn't care about securing a future for the people of Paradis.
