Fanart - Lost Templar & Longhorn
Added 2018-04-22 07:17:39 +0000 UTCI so rarely do fanart since I'm too busy with my own stuff, so I hope you don't mind it this once. :,3 Or maybe not "fanart" as much as shameless OC inserts, I guess. It's in the setting of Dan Kim's "My Shut-in Vampire Princess Bride" comic series. He has fantastic world-building so it's difficult to not see your own stories in them.
A lost, lonely, crafty Templar trying to find her way back home (but can't quite seem to ever get there) and a defective Haremhorn cast out from her herd because her horns and hair won't stop growing. Just wanted to draw them. :3
I've been following Dan Kim's art and comics since almost a decade and a half ago and it helped me out a great deal during dark times back then. Taught me it was ok to tell stories with themes I'd previously been too scared or worried to tell or express. So I'm very grateful as it helped me end up where I am today. :3
I've had some really kind people express similar feelings regarding my own art lately so I saw it fitting to share my own experience. Keep the inspiration train going!

2018-04-24 04:27:12 +0000 UTCI read everything adout this world yesterday that the artist had available and it was pretty good! My fave is the amount of detail (big and small) put into the Himehorns. Their "Daily Life" story takes a crazy turn too, my goodness! It's great though~

Also, Temp-san wants to return to the garden so she can report what happened to her squad and receive her punishment for being a bad branch. Can't settle down!

Awesome to see Dan's haremhorns given some love, I have been a big fan of his work for as far as I can remember myself. I would say that yours and the Vampire Bride universes are quite natural fits!
