Because if she was that would make for a adorable little comic grabs something she shouldn't runs off with it won't give it back. Dr.simons deploys the tickles of retaliation lol. Also for a character that can very much take care of herself it would be a cute "weakness"

It reminded me of abusive relations a bit with the "...right?!" dialogue bubble. I'd hate to see that with such cuteness and it being yuri as well.
