They were meant from the start to be seen in all detail and thought it would be interesting to share what wasn't seen on the printed copy.
Meeting her was an absolute pleasure. We shot late evening and night in a studio in Los Angeles, using 2 array continue lights so we could move around and forget about flashes... I am not a flash kind of photographer. :p
We knew the magazine wanted the editorial before we started, so went straight to the point. First 2 or 3 pics to see how she moved and understand her body with black underwear and then a bit of cubes, mirrors and window. Simplicity and chemistry with the model is the key.
