Patreon Tier Changes

Both tiers will have access to patreon commissions. Ive added a channel for this in the discord that can be accessed to those with those tiers. I do plan on opening commissions later on this year, but they will only be for patrons. I dont have a date for it so plz be patient. On another note is that for this point forward, i will not be manually giving discord invites. I have it set up where the Patreon Bot will do all that for me. So if you want to join the discord, you will have to set up discord through the settings in patreon.
