First I have the rough idea. Nothing too fancy
Here I did the final linework and added some base colors. Not too bright, not too dark.
Here I did some basic shading and lighting. I also added some shadows in the background, and defined the colors more.
Here I defined the shading and lighting. Also I added ripples in the water, and painted in grass. Notice how the skin is a lot more redish in this snap than the previous one.
Here I added in the reflective light and a very bright yellow light source.
