i think that the OP is suggesting that Kat can react with "Nezuko's voice" doing the typical "mmm mmm" (her voice muffled with the bamboo muzzle) when agreeing with Tanjirô, because Kat's voice sounded similar (?) (like very low, high-pitched and "muffled") because of being sick , or maybe because OP doesn't want for Kat to force her voice. i dunno, that's how i interpreted the comment anyways xd and sorry for such a long explanation for such a short comment, i didn't know how else to put it into words in english, i'm not very good at it :c
