2023-03-05 01:53:49 +0000 UTCHave always loved your reactions to AoT, and you both definitely have some of the best emotion and discussion of the episodes after, listening and watching Kat tear up talking about how she could only imagine if that was your child, and I started crying all over again. Also Sonny picked up on it, and I'm pretty sure it was aswell, the couple in the Jail I'm sure are Zeke and Eren's grandparents, they were placed there after they discovered Zeke's betrayal. At 1:14:30 you start talking about exactly the story Pyxis told Eren all the way back in Season 1, everything in this show is unbelievably connected and it has come full circle, Pyxis talked about a story that only a common enemy would unite the world and end this cycle, Eren was pessimistic, but look at it now, Eren is THAT monster, and the world has united. Also I don't know if it has been said before or if it has been mentioned, probably has, but the map in AoT is essentially our world just flipped upside down - so Paradis island is 'madagascar', and Marley is essentially the continent of Africa, so there is definitely a lot more world out there.

I cannot remember the last time a characters death in a tv show or movie has made me cry. I couldn't stop crying for 5 minutes. Perfect. RIP Hange 14th Commander of the Survey Corp - the GOAT.
