2022-04-23 20:38:46 +0000 UTCThe ability of Isayama to write these plot points and make all of our emotions get mixed up and be conflicted so much is legendary. Sometimes, I think it should be called Attack on Our Feels. Armin's remorse for what he had to do; Reiner's continued fall into depression over what he has done and been through. Eren's ruthlessness. The lines of good and bad suddenly blur because now it's like an eye for an eye and at any cost.

2022-04-21 18:12:21 +0000 UTCDreams come slow but they go so fast. After Eren found out about the disapointing truth of the outside world he lost the fire in his eyes. In the conversation between Reinar and Eren, when Reinar mentioned the time Eren was filled by hate saying he would kill Reinar the worst possible way, Eren couldnt exactly remember it. We havent seen our guys for close to 4 years and Eren answers Reinar, nothing like the typical emotional Eren: “Im the same as you”. He acknowledges the people outside and inside the walls of paradise island, but keeps moving forward. Great reaction!

For me it’s just a contrast from the first ep where he ordered the 800-strong Eldian unit to go die so easily unlike here where he tells her to not expose them and maybe to not potentially get shot first by standing there (the part where she looks at the blimp, not when both of them yelling Reiner lol)

2022-04-20 18:31:27 +0000 UTCAlso 1 thing I notice watching with you guys, the soldier that was with Falco and Gabi - the trash that'd find every opportunity that he can to taunt/prejudice Eldians earlier in the season - finds himself worry for Gabi's safety, tell her to stay away from the windows when she goes look at the blimp. Not trying to make him a good guy cuz he's not lol but it's interesting to see in the moment of fear/panic the trash finally looks at her as kid, not some "devil's child"

First time seeing these, I was and will be team Eren. Do I agree on some of his choices, maybe not. Do I understand why he can do these things...yes. All the answers to Eren is already about given in earlier seasons =). PS. Porco is now known as the "Nutcracker".
