The series gives us a little breather this time around, with a flashback to when Ymir and Christa made a promise to each other. Back in the present however, things are looking real grim and hopeless, until the very end of the episode..

I'm one of the few who never really cared for Ymir and her and Historia relationship, I prefer when Historia is with others and I liked her more in season 3 onwards..the ending of the episode is definitely the best part.
