They certainly took som liberties with the Star Wars lore in this episode, but it still made for a very entertaining and straight up crazy experience!

This episode was animated by Studio Trigger, who are very famous for making shows where style and spectacle triumphs over all, including logic. That's not a knock against them, they are very talented animators and definitely have some very exciting shows.
