I feel like Attack On Titan has a bit of the feel of a detective drama in that there are so many clues hidden everywhere. I highly recommend a re-watch once you finish the series (you're so lucky that you're likely going to be able to watch the whole series at once! We had to wait four years between season 1 and 2!) to look for what you missed :)
