Compared to the last episode this wasn't as much of a "drop your jaw on the floor" kind of experience, but instead we got to dive into a lot of character stuff and deal with some more personal relationships between all of them. Heavy stuff!
And that ending was pretty haunting..

I don't think Edgar hired Stormfront to control her...I think he hired her because he knew her background and what she would do in that position. I assume his plan involves her being a weapon to use against Homelander. Edgar definitely seems like a Lex Luthor to me, so many comic book nods/references/Easter eggs.

Im not sure what Mr Edgar has in mind with Stormfront, but I dont doubt what ever it is will be to Vought's advantage. Edit: was just rewatching, and noticed in the rally for Stormfront at 44:57 in the episode is a sign in the crowd that uses a font very much like the gothic fonts used by the SS.
