Expected Release Date for Version 0.1 of New Game
Added 2025-04-28 15:28:35 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Wanted to give a quick update on the progress that's been made for the first playable version of the new game.
It's gone quite well. I've worked a lot on Madeline as she's been the favorite girl for most, and I have no doubt her updated version will be a fan favorite for a long time. She's certainly my favorite girl to write for so far.
At current pace, I'd expect 1-2 weeks before the first version is ready to be played. There will be some changes to how things are run here to reflect the new and better game. The patreon will stay the same, I don't intend to make a new one for the game. However, there will be a new discord that's already been made which is much cleaner. Same with Eka's Portal page, that will also get refreshed completely. There will also be and update to the patreon page, so look for the notification of the changes soon to come.
Some details about the game:
- Name of the game hasn't quite been decided. I have a few options, might make a poll to see what the public thinks sounds the best.
- It's a dating game, so instead of some convoluted story, you will instead be interacting with your favorite girls. The plan is that eventually you'll be able to increase your relationship between the girls, and go from being Friends, to Dating, to Lovers, to eventually Married if you so please. There will also be random girls that might not get fully fleshed out, as not all scenes makes sense with familiar characters.
- All characters from ATinyWayToLiveMyLife will be appearing in the game, and you will be able to date them all.
- You will be able to use your own name for your character.
- Currently there's just a male player character (this might change later on, if there's enough support for a male and female version)
- Popular scenes from the previous game will get added and will each get an update with art and content, meaning I'm likely to rewrite and make many of your favorite scenes longer to fit the new game.
